Generate and nurture the sales pipeline for TOPdesk’s SaaS solution through outbound calls, email, social outreach, and inbound lead handling. Qualify prospects, understand their requirements and budgets, and convert opportunities into product demonstrations for Business Development Managers. The role also involves attending occasional UK demonstrations and trade shows, collaborating with Marketing, completing tenders, and creating Requests for Information.

Own PR and external communications across the Netherlands, Germany, and UK. Build media relationships, develop technology and AI stories, prepare executives for media opportunities, manage agencies, lead communications for key company moments, and establish measurement frameworks and a scalable European PR playbook.

Own the full-cycle SaaS sales process across the UK and Ireland, from qualified pipeline and technical demos through negotiation and contract signature. Meet or exceed quota, generate new business, manage multi-stakeholder sales conversations, navigate tenders and procurement, and partner with BDR and Marketing teams. The role also includes mentoring junior sales team members and representing customer and business interests cross-functionally.

Own revenue operations for sales, marketing, and customer success leadership. Responsibilities include running forecast cadences, analyzing pipeline risk, supporting quota and capacity planning, maintaining funnel definitions, managing enrichment and prospecting tools, overseeing commission-plan logic, and leading a team of 3–4 direct reports responsible for forecasting, pipeline operations, lead quality, dashboards, and recurring commercial reporting.

Own TOPdesk’s overall product positioning, ideal customer profile, and platform narrative across ITSM, ESM, and AI capabilities. Partner with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Customer Marketing, and Analyst Relations to align messaging, support launches, and strengthen market understanding. Validate positioning through win/loss analysis, customer feedback, analyst input, competitive intelligence, data, and market trends. Establish product marketing best practices and influence stakeholders across the organization.

Own global accounting operations focused on multicurrency consolidation, financial reporting, external audit management, internal controls, accounting policies, close governance, and financial systems optimization. The role supports statutory and tax filings, lender reporting, audit readiness, process standardization, and automation across international entities while partnering with FP&A and global stakeholders.
