Lead Dwelly’s Launch function for acquired lettings agencies, building repeatable integration playbooks, tooling, metrics, and operating processes. Oversee acquired businesses before integration, including P&L, people, trading, and synergy capture. Manage concurrent migrations, team growth, sensitive employee transitions, and partner-agency platform rollouts. Collaborate with Product to improve the integration platform and deputise for the Director of Launch.

Support Dwelly’s acquisition and fundraising activities by leading deal analysis, financial modeling, diligence, investment cases, investor preparation, and equity-story development. The role manages multiple concurrent workstreams, evaluates strategic fit and value drivers, stress-tests assumptions, identifies risks, and provides recommendations to senior leadership and founders.

Manage the day-to-day payments operation across multiple agencies, leading finance administration teams and ensuring SLA performance, processing accuracy, arrears management, and SOP adherence. Responsibilities include people management, coaching, performance scorecards, quality controls, exception resolution, root-cause analysis, and handling complex payment escalations involving landlords, tenants, banks, and suppliers. The role also partners cross-functionally on operational consistency, team scaling, and automation initiatives.

Manage Dwelly’s compliance framework across AML, data protection, lettings regulation, training, policies, reporting, and regulatory monitoring. Serve as MLRO and DPO, oversee customer due diligence, sanctions screening, GDPR compliance, regulatory relationships, and compliance integration for acquired agencies. Partner with legal, operations, product, people, and leadership teams to embed compliance across a fast-growing residential lettings business.

Own Dwelly’s agency-owner community as a demand-generation and platform-adoption engine. Build long-term relationships through roundtables, dinners, meetups, LinkedIn content, and community programs. Partner with marketing and M&A teams to warm acquisition pipelines, provide market intelligence, maintain CRM segmentation, drive platform adoption, and report on engagement, pipeline influence, appointments, deals, and activations.

Manage post-acquisition launches across UK locations, coordinating client onboarding, data and process migration, operational consolidation, lease terminations, KPI monitoring, issue resolution, and employee transitions. The role involves managing multiple integration projects, resolving roadblocks, maintaining risk registers, supporting local teams, and extensive onsite travel. Candidates should be highly organized, analytical, communicative, adaptable, and comfortable working hands-on in fast-paced operational environments.

Provide broad commercial legal support across fundraising, M&A, AI and data regulation, product launches, litigation, employment, compliance, and general commercial matters. Work autonomously with senior counsel, advise product and engineering teams, manage legal AI repositories, and use AI tools, automation, templates, playbooks, and coding approaches to scale legal operations.

Own cross-functional operational initiatives across agencies, landlords, tenants, payments, maintenance, and product teams. Responsibilities include scaling processes, designing SOPs, building KPI dashboards, supporting acquisition integrations, analyzing data, improving provider platforms, rolling out playbooks, driving ancillary-service revenue, and optimizing speed, reliability, cost, and service quality. The role requires hands-on use of AI and may involve UK travel.

Supports post-acquisition integration projects through project coordination, data migration, operational consolidation, documentation, KPI monitoring, stakeholder communication, and employee transitions. Travels regularly to acquired UK business locations to provide hands-on launch support, build local relationships, and resolve implementation issues. The role is designed as a development pathway toward Launch Manager.

Own and optimize telephony, messaging, email, and WhatsApp communication infrastructure. Configure providers, manage routing workflows, troubleshoot incidents, support CRM integrations, and coordinate testing and vendor escalations. Assist with telecom integrations during acquisitions, including number porting, migrations, technical diagrams, and automation. Monitor channel reliability, delivery quality, and performance while providing internal support and improving operational processes.
