Provides administrative, secretarial, technology, data, and meeting support to the Company Secretariat team. Responsibilities include board and committee meeting planning, agenda and minutes preparation, document and paper management, Diligent platform administration, filing, reporting, KYC responses, director records, expenses, travel arrangements, and technology or AI implementation. The role also supports governance, regulatory compliance, confidentiality, stakeholder communication, and high-quality documentation within a hybrid Central London office environment.

Manage underwriting performance reporting and data analysis across commercial and specialty insurance portfolios. Produce leadership and capacity-provider performance packs, build dashboards, monitor KPIs, reconcile profit commissions, and support capacity reviews and renewals. Improve data governance, reporting controls, and automation while identifying portfolio trends, risks, and operational efficiencies. Collaborate with underwriting, finance, actuarial, and data teams and present actionable insights to senior stakeholders.

Lead and govern end-to-end international payroll across multiple countries and outsourced providers, ensuring accurate, compliant processing. Manage providers, reconciliations, reporting, audits and payroll-related projects. Partner with HR, Finance, Tax, Legal to address legislative change and risk. Drive standardisation, automation and integrations for acquisitions/expansion, coach payroll team members, and ensure data integrity and GDPR compliance.

Provide third-line support for Workday Financials and T&E, manage changes and testing, support deployments and release testing, liaise with project teams and third-party partners, train new users, and maintain audit-ready configuration and processes for global finance operations.

Manage the effectiveness of delegated underwriting operations, ensuring binder governance, FCA compliance, bordereaux accuracy, claims and finance reconciliation, supplier and system change management, and cross-functional coordination with underwriting, finance, compliance and capacity providers.

Sell commercial insurance to B2B clients by prospecting, building relationships, and winning new business. Develop market presence via networking, marketing and community engagement, provide consultative advice on products and solutions, and work with the Branch Manager to meet branch objectives.

Manage complex property, liability and business interruption claims for renewable energy, provide technical oversight and mentoring, engage clients/brokers/insurers, negotiate resolutions, ensure compliant processes and reporting, and drive operational improvements.

Manage group consolidation and external reporting for monthly management accounts, quarterly and annual statements. Provide executive and administrative support to the Protection team, manage diaries, coordinate meetings, and oversee case management activities, ensuring compliance and effective client communication.
