Senior HRIS Analyst – Reporting & HCM
📍 London (Hybrid)
We’re looking for a Senior HRIS Analyst – Reporting & HCM to join our global HRIS team, supporting the ongoing development and optimisation of our Workday platform.
This role is ideal for someone with strong Workday reporting experience, combined with solid Core HCM knowledge, who enjoys working hands‑on with data, configuration, and stakeholders to deliver reliable, high‑quality HR reporting and system support.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll play a key role in supporting and enhancing our Workday reporting and Core HCM capability, working closely with HR, HRIS colleagues, and Technology teams.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing, configuring, and maintaining Workday reports and dashboards, including advanced, matrix, and composite reports
- Working with calculated fields, RaaS, and dashboards to meet HR and business reporting needs
- Supporting the maintenance and improvement of existing reports, ensuring accuracy, performance, and usability
- Applying agreed reporting security models and working within established data governance frameworks
- Collaborating with regional HRIS teams to support globally consistent reporting solutions
- Working with Integrations and Data & Analytics teams to support reporting feeds and downstream data use
- Supporting Core HCM configuration and optimisation, including testing and validation of changes
- Contributing to delivery planning by providing effort estimates and supporting prioritisation
- Contributing to the maintenance of the Workday reporting roadmap, providing input on enhancements, dependencies, and sequencing
- Supporting BAU activity while contributing to system enhancements and Workday release activity
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone who is comfortable working in a senior, hands‑on HRIS role, with strong reporting capability and a collaborative mindset.
Essential experience:
- Proven experience working with Workday Reporting & Analytics in a production environment
- Hands‑on experience with Report Writer, Calculated Fields, RaaS, and Dashboards
- Experience building advanced, matrix, and composite reports
- Solid functional knowledge of Workday Core HCM including configuration experience
- Experience working within agreed reporting standards and governance frameworks
- Ability to estimate effort and support delivery alongside BAU
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and stakeholder‑management skills
- Experience working with regional or global teams
Desirable (nice to have):
- Experience with other Workday modules (e.g. Recruiting, Absence, Talent & Performance, Time Tracking, Payroll, Benefits, Learning)
- Experience working with Integrations and/or Data & Analytics teams
- Exposure to Workday implementations, enhancements, or release cycles
- Workday certification(s) in Reporting and/or HCM
