Builds and maintains global Workday HR reporting infrastructure: gathers requirements, develops custom reports and dashboards, tests and validates solutions, supports UAT, mentors peers, handles ad-hoc data requests, and improves report performance and user adoption across HR teams.

Responsible for general ledger accounting, journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, intercompany balances, fixed assets, financial reporting, variance analysis, and month-end close. Lead and manage APAC payroll and HR operations, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely payroll cycles. Oversee multi-country teams and third-party vendors, implement SOPs and controls, drive continuous improvement, report on SLAs/metrics, support audits, and develop staff performance and processes across the region.

Manage end-to-end recruitment for a high-volume and specialized hiring environment supporting the Manila GBS hub. Partner with hiring managers to define needs, proactively source candidates, maintain ATS (Workday), improve recruitment processes and SOPs, drive employer branding, support TA projects, coach junior recruiters, ensure compliance with local labor laws, and facilitate offer negotiation and closure.

Lead IT risk assessments, evaluate and document inherent and residual risks, partner with stakeholders to develop and monitor risk response plans, support enterprise IT risk and cyber security initiatives, maintain risk management procedures and best practices, and communicate risks across ITS and business units.

Lead payroll governance, process and system strategy for global payroll transformation. Capture and migrate local processes, run design sessions, collaborate with vendors and IT, support implementations, maintain KPIs, training, audits, and continuous improvement across multiple countries.

Maintain general ledger activities including journal entries, reconciliations, fixed asset processing, month-end close, internal controls, BlackLine journal reviews, consolidation reporting, audit support, SOP updates, and process improvements within SLA timelines.

The A2R Subject Matter Expert oversees Account to Report processes, provides training and support for operations, and identifies process improvements.
