Manage month-end close activities, record journal entries, reconcile balance sheet and bank accounts, process fixed assets, handle intercompany and foreign currency revaluations, ensure SOX compliance, support audits, and improve accounting processes in line with SLA and GAAP/IFRS.

Supervise Account to Report accounting activities for assigned countries, entities, or sub-processes, including fixed assets, intercompany, general ledger, reporting, and close processes. Ensure GAAP and policy compliance, timely service-level delivery, KPI achievement, issue resolution, and process quality. Lead improvement initiatives, migrations, and stabilization activities while coaching team members and collaborating with internal stakeholders to improve service delivery.

Record and reconcile general ledger transactions, prepare journal entries, perform balance sheet and bank reconciliations, process fixed assets, support month-end close, prepare consolidation reports, review BlackLine journals, maintain internal controls and SLA compliance, and resolve accounting issues.

The Director leads global standardization of Intercompany processes, ensuring alignment with GPO strategies by translating requirements into solutions, monitoring KPIs, and managing transformation initiatives.

Serve as a Record-to-Report subject matter expert, providing technical leadership, transaction review and approval, training, process improvement, project participation, audit support, and ensuring accounting complies with GAAP and global policies. Lead issue resolution, root-cause actions, and contribute to R2R tower management and stabilization of migrated entities.

Advance Global ICS digital maturity by identifying manual processes, assessing automation opportunities, translating business requirements for Automation teams, and maintaining automation backlogs. Enhance Workiva automation and build integrations with SAP S/4HANA, Workday, and Anaplan. Document current and target workflows, support testing and deployment validation, coordinate with IT and ICS stakeholders, maintain SAP reporting expertise, and assist with GRC, Workiva, reporting, and other ICS operations.
