The Product Analyst will guide development of Zopa’s Joint Current Account through customer and product analysis. Responsibilities include partnering with product, design, engineering, and analytics teams; designing experiments; defining performance and customer-experience metrics; managing an analytics roadmap; and building AI-enabled analytics tools and internal data applications. The role requires translating complex data into actionable insights for technical and non-technical stakeholders in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Analyze transaction-enrichment data using Python and SQL, identify failure patterns, form hypotheses, and prototype solutions. Design evaluations, including LLM-as-judge methods, to assess accuracy, cost, and coverage trade-offs. Translate ambiguous credit questions into practical analyses and classification or regression solutions using Python and statistical judgment. Partner with Credit Strategy, Product, and Engineering to prioritize work, productionize models, explain technical decisions, and drive alignment. This hands-on individual-contributor role offers mid- and senior-level scope in a collaborative hybrid environment.

Build and evolve Zopa’s native iOS platform, including shared modules, APIs, architecture, developer tooling, design systems, observability, and CI/CD. Deliver production-quality Swift and SwiftUI code, improve performance and reliability, shape technical standards, and collaborate across engineering, product, design, backend, and Android teams. Coach engineers through pairing, code reviews, technical discussions, and knowledge sharing.
