Own the sales cycle from pipeline to contract award, expansion and renewal; develop account strategies; navigate public sector procurement; engage technical, operational and executive stakeholders; represent CitySwift at industry events; and share market intelligence with Product, Engineering and Customer Success.

Targeted, account-based sales role focused on mapping and engaging priority public transport accounts. Conducts deep research, crafts tailored multi-channel outbound campaigns, opens senior-level conversations, supports early-stage qualification and discovery, logs activity in HubSpot, records calls with Grain, and travels to industry events to build pipeline and strategic relationships.

Lead engagement with transport authorities to position CitySwift as a strategic platform. Serve as authority subject-matter expert across pre-sales, solution design, business case development, stakeholder relationship-building, data discovery, and product feedback. Drive authority-focused new business, support strategic accounts, and inform market expansion and product roadmap decisions across EMEA.
