Manage one direct report and freelancers, establish marketing OKRs, optimize CAC efficiency, track performance, and present growth recommendations to leadership and the board. The role offers a path to Head of Growth within 12–18 months.

Own the full B2B sales cycle from prospecting and demos through negotiation and closing. Build pipeline through agency partners, events, email, and LinkedIn; organize outbound campaigns; maintain CRM and marketing automation; develop referral partnerships; and help create the company’s sales playbook. The role is remote-first but requires proximity to London for meet-ups and events.
