Define total rewards strategy, implement EU pay transparency, manage annual compensation cycles, design global benefits and wellbeing programs, provide reward governance, support M&A and equity management, and deliver data-driven analytics and HRIS-aligned reporting to senior stakeholders.

Designs and delivers end-to-end Certinia solution architectures, translating business requirements into configured/customized solutions; leads technical workstreams, validates designs with stakeholders, guides testing and external partners, troubleshoots complex issues, and works hands-on within Certinia modules.
