The intern receives coaching and works directly with senior staff and clients on issues including capital markets, digital assets, payments, ESG, financial stability, cyber, AI, and competition policy.

Support financial services clients across public policy, politics, regulation, and commercial strategy. Responsibilities include researching complex policy challenges, analyzing evidence, developing strategic recommendations, drafting client materials, communicating with senior stakeholders, supporting business development, and coordinating client teams. The role is based in Singapore and involves collaboration across Flint’s Asia-Pacific and global teams.
