Analyze internal school data to identify national trends, guide strategy, and produce evidence-based thought leadership. Represent Arbor with the DfE, policymakers, think tanks, and sector influencers; monitor policy and legislative developments; advise leadership on risks and opportunities; and support PR and brand activity through data-led stories.

The role includes mentoring, architectural reviews, data governance, security, compliance, observability, DataOps, cloud platform cost optimization, and cross-functional collaboration with product and commercial leaders.

The Site Reliability Engineer will improve platform availability, scalability, observability, and resilience. Responsibilities include performance monitoring, SLO implementation, capacity planning, infrastructure automation, incident response, disaster recovery testing, runbook development, postmortems, and collaboration with engineering and platform teams. The role requires Terraform, database, messaging, nginx, monitoring, and SRE experience, with Docker and additional cloud-platform experience beneficial.

The Senior Migrations Engineer will develop and maintain the Migrations Platform, ensure reliable migrations, and support onboarding of new schools, emphasizing collaboration and quality improvement.
