The Business Development Analyst will develop client strategies, assist in deal management, analyze market data, and support the strategic reinsurance team to drive growth and innovation.

Lead development and execution of Everest's P&C facultative portfolio solutions across UK and EMEA. Build and manage MGA and facultative facilities, underwrite regional portfolios within appetite, develop portfolio/hybrid structures, strengthen broker and market relationships, and collaborate with actuarial, claims, legal and global leadership to scale capacity and ensure governance and risk discipline.

Lead risk-based internal audits across underwriting, claims, finance and compliance for a London-based insurer. Plan and execute audits, test internal controls and financial reporting, present findings to senior management, monitor remediation, support regulatory compliance, mentor junior auditors, and collaborate with global IA colleagues to enhance governance and risk frameworks.

Senior actuarial analyst to develop, program, and support Everest's global reinsurance pricing tool. Collaborate on UI, architecture, testing, and user support; troubleshoot production issues; prepare documentation and train users. Combine actuarial reinsurance expertise with software development and data manipulation skills to support pricing during renewals and wider group actuarial needs.

Provide legal support for third-party/vendor relationships: draft, review and negotiate vendor/outsourcing/consultancy agreements; monitor and translate regulatory developments (PRA/FCA, Solvency II, DORA) into templates and playbooks; maintain contract records, risk logs and regulatory trackers; liaise with procurement, info security, data protection and business stakeholders; support due diligence, remediation and training for TPRM processes.

Serve as first point of contact for candidates and employees, handling hiring, onboarding, data management, compliance, offboarding, Workday transactions, background checks, probation tracking, and HR documentation while supporting global HR stakeholders.
