The Lead Product Designer will tackle complex design challenges, define product visions, enhance design systems, and collaborate across teams at Monzo. They are expected to lead projects, mentor team members, and improve customer-centric solutions using innovative design methodologies.

Own preparation, analysis and submission of capital and liquidity regulatory reports. Ensure compliance, high data quality and controls, build dashboards, investigate data issues, automate reporting processes, and partner with internal teams on regulatory and product changes.

The role requires working effectively amid ambiguity, defining success metrics, interpreting results, communicating recommendations, and building an experimentation engine for customer experience innovation.

Leads Financial Ombudsman Service root cause analysis strategy, monitoring risk indicators and Ombudsman outcomes, and developing remediation roadmaps. The role drives cross-functional accountability, presents insights to senior governance forums, evaluates remediation effectiveness, and mentors RCA analysts. It requires strong financial-services root cause leadership, FCA and DISP expertise, FOS knowledge, data-driven analysis, enterprise risk management, executive communication, and stakeholder influence.

Analyzes workforce management data to forecast resource needs, identify operational risks, improve schedules, and optimize shift offerings. Produces executive reports and presentations, manages Verint configuration, monitors holiday utilization, investigates scheduling issues, and collaborates with Operations, People, Hiring, Learning and Development, Forecasting, and data teams to improve efficiency and customer service.

Investigate complex and high-risk anti-money laundering alerts for business accounts, recommend Suspicious Transaction Reports, make risk-based onboarding decisions, conduct enhanced due diligence, and provide financial crime expertise to operational teams. The role requires strong English and Italian communication skills, experience with business banking financial crime investigations, and knowledge of UK and EU financial crime risks.
