Lead and scale an SMB sales organization across UK/I, DACH, and France. Manage and coach eight Account Executives; hire and develop talent; run pipeline and forecast reviews; standardize sales processes; provide hands-on deal coaching; use data to improve forecast accuracy and productivity; partner with RevOps, Enablement, Marketing, and Sales Leadership to hit revenue targets.

The Account Executive is responsible for managing distributor partnerships, owning the sales cycle from prospecting to closure, and demonstrating how technology can address operational challenges for food distributors.

Own end-to-end onboarding and implementations for UK&I food distributors on Choco's SaaS platform. Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines, risks, integrations (APIs/ERPs), run trainings and kickoffs, and deliver scalable playbooks to ensure fast customer adoption and time-to-value.

Manage a portfolio (~70) of SMB and mid-market distributor accounts post-implementation to drive retention, renewals, and expansion. Build trusted customer relationships, identify upsell opportunities, mitigate risks, solve operational challenges, and act as the strategic partner. Collaborate with Product, Integrations, Finance, Marketing, Sales, and Implementation to remove blockers and translate customer feedback into scalable product and process improvements.

Lead technical pre-sales for EMEA enterprise accounts: run discovery and workshops, deliver tailored demos, scope integrations and APIs, manage procurement/RFPs, and ensure smooth handoffs to Implementation and Customer Success.

Build and lead the commercial operating engine to enable predictable growth: own systems, processes, forecasting, reporting, planning, and compensation; rebuild fragmented workflows; create a trusted source of truth across sales, marketing, finance, and analytics; lead cross-functional initiatives; coach revenue operators; and apply AI and automation to increase operational leverage.
