Prepare monthly management accounts, reconciliations and variance analysis; manage cashflow forecasting and bank reconciliations; support budgeting, reforecasts and financial modelling; act as finance business partner for operational teams; maintain controls and compliance (VAT, CIS, PAYE/NI); optimise Business Central and automate reporting using Power Query/Jet Reports; support audits and finance transformation initiatives.

Coordinate and monitor appointments, visits, and completions to meet deadlines; liaise with clients and teams; communicate daily via email and phone; use scheduling software to manage workloads.

Manage, organise, store and distribute project documents; administer the Document Management System (workflows, access, security); enforce version control and compliance; support project teams with templates and formatting; identify and implement process improvements.
