Drive Juicebox’s growth across the UK startup ecosystem by building VC and customer relationships, organizing events, launching brand and marketing initiatives, identifying high-value ecosystem opportunities, and partnering with the US team on strategic growth projects. The role requires entrepreneurial ownership, strong execution, and market insight while helping establish Juicebox’s presence in London.

Respond to customer support requests, investigate and reproduce product bugs, document technical details, and create prioritized bug reports. Coordinate with engineering and product teams through resolution, communicate fixes or workarounds to users, maintain support documentation and workflows, and identify recurring feedback themes for product leadership. The role requires fast context switching, thoughtful root-cause analysis, cross-functional coordination, and in-office work five days per week.

Manage a portfolio of customers through onboarding, adoption, expansion, and renewals. Drive AI-native workflow adoption, commercial outcomes, pricing negotiations, ROI discussions, and QBRs. Build multi-threaded relationships, identify expansion opportunities, and help define and scale Customer Success playbooks at a hypergrowth SaaS company.
