The Role

We're hiring our founding London-based Product Specialist to sit at the heart of customer support and product quality. You’ll respond to live support requests, investigate bugs in real time, and work closely with engineering and product to ensure issues are resolved quickly and clearly. You’ll play a key role in keeping our customers unblocked, and helping our team stay fast, focused, and close to user pain.

You'll define what great support looks like in an AI-first world at a hypergrowth company becoming a category leader. The foundation is already in place: customers love the product, relationships are strong, and commercial results speak for themselves. Your opportunity is to scale that into a world-class CS organization alongside a low-ego, collaborative team, working directly with a VP of Customer Success who previously built leading CS organizations at Gong, Slack, and Zendesk.

You Will

  • Respond to incoming support tickets and product questions (Pylon, Slack, email)

  • Investigate live issues, replicate bugs, and gather technical details

  • Create well-scoped bug reports with context, repro steps, and priority guidance

  • Partner with engineering and product to coordinate resolution and track progress

  • Follow up with users once fixes or workarounds are in place

  • Maintain clean documentation, internal tools, and support workflows (Linear, Notion, etc.)

  • Spot recurring themes in feedback and flag insights to product leadership

You Have

  • Have 2–4+ years of experience in support engineering, product ops, customer success, customer experience or customer support at a SaaS company

  • Are a clear and calm communicator, with high empathy especially when customers are blocked

  • Are curious and scrappy -- you dig into bugs, run tests, and clarify edge cases

  • Works well with fast context switching and works with speed and multi-threaded

  • Can balance fast response times with thoughtful root cause analysis

  • Are organized, proactive, and comfortable coordinating across functions

  • Are based in London or open to relocating (in-office 5 days/week)

Nice to Haves

  • Prior experience in AI, SaaS, or recruiting tech

  • Technical / product manager background

  • Experience with tools like Pylon, Paraform, Linear, Notion, HubSpot, or PostHog

  • Ability to write internal documentation, create bug tickets, or support triage automation

  • Experience at early stage startup and thrives in fast paced, scrappy, ambiguous environments

Location: In or willing to relocate to London (in-person 5 days a week)

Perks & Benefits for Full Time Employees

  • Top-of-market compensation with meaningful equity, because everyone should share in our success.

  • Comprehensive healthcare with 100% employer-paid medical coverage for employees (PPO Platinum plan with $0 deductible). 90% employer contribution for dependents. Dental & Vision: 90% employer covered; 85% for dependents.

  • $2,000 annual wellness stipend to support your physical, mental, and financial well-being.
