About the Role

We're hiring a Growth Associate to help build Juicebox's presence across the UK startup ecosystem.

This is a highly entrepreneurial generalist role focused on driving growth, brand awareness, and strategic initiatives in one of our most important international markets. As one of the first non-sales hires in London, you'll have the opportunity to shape how Juicebox grows in the UK—building relationships with VCs, customers, and startup communities while launching creative marketing and growth initiatives that expand our reach.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, thrives with autonomy, and wants to help build a high-growth company from the ground up.

You Will…

  • Build and scale Juicebox's VC partnership ecosystem across the UK, driving awareness and adoption within portfolio companies

  • Develop relationships with existing customers and champions across the UK startup community

  • Plan and host customer dinners, networking events, and community gatherings

  • Identify, attend, and maximize high-value conferences and startup ecosystem events

  • Launch and manage creative growth and brand initiatives, including out-of-home (OOH) campaigns and other local marketing programs

  • Partner closely with the US team to test new growth opportunities and execute strategic projects across marketing, partnerships, and business operations

  • Serve as Juicebox's eyes and ears in the UK market, identifying opportunities to strengthen our brand and accelerate growth

You Have…

  • 2+ years of experience in growth, marketing, business operations, partnerships, consulting, venture capital, or a related field

  • An entrepreneurial mindset and a track record of taking initiative beyond your core responsibilities

  • Strong project management and execution skills with the ability to operate independently

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

  • Strong business judgment and problem-solving skills

  • A genuine interest in startups, technology, and the venture ecosystem

  • Based in London and excited to work in-person with a growing team

Bonus Points If You…

  • Experience at a high-growth startup, venture-backed company, VC fund, or top-tier consulting firm

  • Existing relationships within the UK startup or venture ecosystem

  • Experience organizing events, communities, partnerships, or growth programs

This role is intentionally broad. We're looking for someone with the curiosity, hustle, and judgment to identify opportunities, create momentum, and help establish Juicebox as a category-defining company in the UK market.
