Manage client relationships and the day-to-day delivery of design projects for global consumer brands. Lead client meetings, presentations, briefs, feedback, proposals, timelines, workflow, billing, forecasting, and purchase orders. Build trusted partnerships, identify growth opportunities, oversee project quality and deadlines, and contribute strategically to audits, pitches, and presentations.

Develop and deliver innovative graphic and brand design solutions across consumer and FMCG projects. Translate concepts into compelling creative directions, manage projects from concept through print, refine brand identities, and build systems and guidelines. Collaborate with strategists, creatives, motion, digital, 3D, copy, and client services. Contribute to pitches and client meetings, communicate design rationale, and support junior team members.

Lead end-to-end delivery of creative agency projects: define scope, plans, budgets and SoWs; manage resources, risks, suppliers and production; own commercial performance and reporting; ensure timesheet and system discipline; mentor junior staff and maintain clear client and stakeholder communication.
