People shape the work. You’ll shape their experience.

We’re on the hunt for a People Operations Coordinator (6-month FTC) to join our global team in the heart of London. You’ll be the pulse that keeps our creative world beautifully organised — connecting studios, streamlining systems, and making every People moment count.

Think of yourself as the backstage brilliance that lets the show run seamlessly. You’ll help us turn good processes into great experiences, keep our data sharp, our details sharper, and bring curiosity and initiative to everything you do.

You’ll fit right in if you:

  • Have a genuine passion for all things HR and People Ops
  • Love systems, spreadsheets, and a smooth process as much as a good story
  • Have an eye for the small stuff but never lose sight of the big picture
  • Bring curiosity, energy and a can-do spirit to the everyday

If you’re driven by people, powered by organisation, and thrive on connecting the dots across continents — this is your stage.

ABOUT US:

• 400+ strong global brand agency

• 100% independent

• 28 years young

• 8 studios around the world

Offering unrivalled creativity at global scale, Bulletproof is the world’s largest independent brand agency. Across eight studios, 400 liked-minded individuals create desire through disruption, delivering Growth, Standout and Fandom for our clients. Truly independent, we pride ourselves on shunning convention and getting sh*t done; above all, we march to the beat of our own drum.

As a business, we blur the lines between insight, innovation, strategy, design, digital, and environmental; all the while bringing our clients the very best of the best.

At Bulletproof we have three core beliefs:

WE BELIEVE GREAT IDEAS CHANGE THE WORLD

We believe in the power of creativity to influence human behaviour, affect change and pierce conventions.

WE BELIEVE PEOPLE MAKE THE DIFFERENCE

We celebrate human connectivity and culture, and believe diversity delivers richer, deeper thinking with an infectious energy.

WE BELIEVE NAÏVEity breeds brilliance

We believe remaining relentlessly curious and open to new possibilities leads to purer, more interesting and uncharted creative solutions.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Reporting to the Global People Operations Manager, and working closely with the Global People Director, this 6-month fixed term contract is a chance to support the operational and analytical engine of a high performing, forward thinking, global People team, in a developmental role that blends hands on operations with strategic coordination.

We believe our role is to disrupt the status quo of what HR can be, bringing the same creative energy to the people experience that our teams bring to our clients. You’ll help power consistent people experiences across our international studios across London, New York, Amsterdam, Dubai, Singapore, Sydney and Melbourne, while gaining exposure to HR best practice, systems and reward.

You don’t necessarily need in depth HR experience – we’re looking for potential, curiosity and a sharp eye for detail, balanced with creativity, good communication skills and comfort with numbers.

This is a 6-month fixed term contract, ideal for someone looking to build hands on experience in a global People team with the potential to develop into a permanent role.

  • Take initiative to spot gaps, flag issues early and suggest better ways of working, including where AI or automation could help
  • Look ahead, anticipate what's needed and act on it, whether that's fixing a process, improving a template or testing a new tool

Strategic & Culture Support

  • Provide hands on support to the Global People Director across global priorities and timelines.
  • Assist the Global People Director in preparing strategic decks and reports, for leadership level topics
  • Support research and mini projects, such as policy updates or people data analysis

  • Bring fresh thinking; supporting initiatives that feel human, not HR

What’s in it for you?

  • Six months of hands-on experience in a progressive People team, at a globally respected creative agency
  • Direct exposure to senior People leadership and global operations
  • Experience in HR systems, compliance, reward and employee engagement across multiple markets and cultures

  • Be part of a team that values creativity, disruption & integrity
