Top Tech Jobs & Startup Jobs in London

Define and build Fuse's inference-serving architecture and stack, including request routing, batching, scheduling, and autoscaling for latency-sensitive workloads. Own model-level optimizations (quantisation, distillation, speculative decoding), translate performance SLAs into capacity plans, and integrate low-level GPU/CUDA performance work with serving infrastructure. Set benchmarks, tooling, and act as technical owner of inference performance and reliability.

Design, implement, and optimize low-level CUDA kernels for transformer inference. Profile and eliminate GPU bottlenecks, apply kernel fusion, optimize memory access and mixed-precision kernels, build caching for autoregressive decoding, benchmark performance, and maintain CUDA libraries and tests.

The Operations Analyst at Fuse will optimize supply operations, manage product design, expand to new markets, and negotiate contracts. Ideal candidates are analytical, communicative, and can work independently or collaboratively.

Own day-to-day IT across London offices and cloud: administer SaaS apps, automate tasks with AI, provide 2nd-line support, manage laptops/AV/printers, and assist onboarding/offboarding. Collaborate with IT and engineering to operate and scale the environment.

Develop and optimize CUDA kernels and GPU-accelerated software for latency-sensitive, high-throughput workloads. Profile and tune GPU performance, scale multi-GPU/multi-node systems, build tooling to correlate GPU utilization with real-time energy/grid signals, collaborate with infrastructure and ML teams, and contribute to libraries and best practices for GPU performance in data center environments.

Manage day-to-day office operations, serving as the main contact for landlords and suppliers, while improving processes and providing administrative support.

Own and optimize the workplace to maximize employee productivity. Manage day-to-day office operations, vendor and landlord relationships, workplace services (connectivity, F&B, office tech, health initiatives), improve processes and remove friction, and provide operational support including meetings, travel, and internal events coordination.

Design, build, and scale IoT hardware for the Energy Network, ensuring secure connectivity, device security, and integration with cloud services.

Develop and implement quantitative models for hedging strategies, analyze market data, and monitor power markets to optimize performance and inform trading decisions.

Build and maintain iOS and Android apps, own features end-to-end, implement high-quality UI/UX, ship consumer-facing AI (including on-device ML) to production, integrate REST APIs, troubleshoot production issues, and contribute to mobile architecture.
