Lead EMEA mid-market sales managers and own regional net-new and expansion ARR targets. Lead and develop a Product Specialist team while managing post-implementation customer relationships and collaborating with various teams to enhance product adoption.

Own value realization for mid-market customers by onboarding, training, driving adoption, and aligning success metrics. Build executive relationships, support renewals and expansions with AEs, and relay product feedback to improve the platform. Occasional customer and company office travel.

Lead end-to-end AI transformation engagements at strategic accounts (law firms, legal departments, financial institutions). Map workflows, target high-value opportunities, coordinate cross-functional delivery, drive adoption through change management, build executive relationships, and hand off sustainable adoption to Customer Success while documenting playbooks and learnings.

Legal Engineer supporting Harvey’s sales strategy by engaging law firm and in-house legal teams, conducting customer discovery, tailoring and delivering AI product demonstrations, and explaining workflow applications across funds, IP, and legal practice areas. The role builds executive credibility, develops legal-focused content, synthesizes customer feedback for product teams, researches customers and competitors, and partners with Account Executives. Occasional travel to customer and company offices may be required.

Serve as a post-sales legal product specialist who builds trust with law firms and in-house teams, leads onboarding and training, drives adoption and expansion, surfaces adoption barriers, translates practice needs into product feedback, monitors usage, and contributes customer-facing enablement content.
