At Harvey, we’re transforming how legal and professional services operate. By combining frontier agentic AI, an enterprise-grade platform, and deep domain expertise, we’re reshaping how critical knowledge work gets done for decades to come.

This is a rare chance to help build a generational company at a true inflection point. We have strong product-market fit and world-class investor support. We’re scaling fast and defining a new category in real time. The work is ambitious, the bar is high, and the opportunity for growth — personal, professional, and financial — is unmatched.

Our team moves fast, takes ownership, and is deeply committed to the mission — operating with intensity, staying close to our customers, and pushing each other for excellence. We live by three values: Decisiveness, Simplicity, and Job's Not Finished. We act quickly on clear judgment over perfect information, we believe simplicity is what scales, and we're never satisfied with where we are. If you want to do the best work of your career alongside people who share that drive, we'd love to build with you.

At Harvey, the future of professional services is being written today — and we’re just getting started.

Role Overview

We’re looking for an innovative and hands-on Senior Customer Marketing Manager to put Harvey’s EMEA customers centre stage: telling their stories, celebrating their wins, and building community around them.

Harvey has an incredible base of law firm and in-house customers across the region, and they are truly innovating the practice of law. Your first job is to elevate their voices: finding the customers doing standout work, earning their trust, and producing the written, video and spoken stories that put that work in front of the industry.

From there, the role expands into community programming: building the communities, programmes and moments (power user groups, customer roundtables, awards and recognition moments, customer-led content) that bring customers and the wider legal community together.

You’ll sit within the EMEA Marketing team and work hand in glove with our global Customer Engagement team, who own the overarching customer marketing strategy, programmes and playbooks. Your job is to make them work for EMEA: adapting them for the region’s markets, customers and culture, building what the region needs on top, and feeding what you learn back into the global motion. You’ll also partner closely with Customer Success and Sales. As the first dedicated customer marketer in the region, you won’t inherit a finished playbook. You’ll help write it.

What You'll Do
  • Localise the global motion for EMEA: take the programmes, playbooks and frameworks our Customer Engagement team builds globally and tailor them specifically for EMEA markets, customers and culture, working hand-in-hand to build a truly exceptional motion.

  • Build the EMEA customer story pipeline: work across customer-facing teams to find the customers doing standout work, secure their participation and approvals, and keep a steady flow of stories in production.

  • Tell their stories: own written stories, video stories, quotes and references end to end and to a standard the customer is proud to share.

  • Get the stories seen: package each story for the channels that give it reach, localised for priority EMEA markets, and make sure Sales knows what exists and how to use it.

  • Build the advocate bench: develop a roster of EMEA customers who can act as references, speakers, panellists and peer connectors, and track their participation so no one is over-asked and everyone gets recognised.

  • Build EMEA community programmes: design and run the formats that bring customers together, such as power user groups, customer roundtables, practitioner communities, awards and recognition moments, each with clear goals and structured follow-up.

  • Build repeatable playbooks and processes: the story production workflow, approvals process, reference tracking and community operating rhythm, so each new story and programme is faster to stand up than the last.

  • Measure and improve impact: track stories produced, proof usage, reference activity, community engagement and contribution to pipeline, renewals and expansion.

What You Have
  • 4-7 years of experience in customer marketing, customer advocacy, content marketing or community, ideally in B2B SaaS, technology or professional services.

  • Proven experience producing content end to end. Excellent writer and interviewer, with the judgement to find the real story and the credibility to earn trust with senior legal and business leaders.

  • Experience building or running events, customer communities and advocacy programmes.

  • Strong relationship instincts: you enjoy spending time with customers and build trust quickly with them, Sales and Customer Success.

  • Highly organised and operationally rigorous, with the ability to run multiple stories, programmes and stakeholders at once.

  • Comfortable working autonomously and building from scratch in a fast-moving environment.

  • Familiarity with using AI to scale your own work.

  • Experience marketing to legal, financial services, consulting, enterprise or other high-touch professional audiences is a plus. Additional European languages are a plus.
