Use Datadog, Omni, Snowflake, Auth0, Claude Code, and other tools to resolve problems, collaborate on escalations, document interactions, maintain knowledge resources, and improve support processes while delivering reliable global coverage.

Lead and scale Harvey's Legal Engineering teams across EMEA, managing Legal Engineering Managers, building operating systems and processes, partnering cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales and Customer Success, advising law firm and legal department leaders, and driving organizational performance and talent development.

Supports daily London office operations, including facilities, access, visitors, deliveries, workplace tickets, hospitality, onboarding, and employee events. Coordinates with Workplace, People Ops, IT, vendors, and building management to maintain a welcoming, safe, and well-organized workplace. This fully in-office role requires strong organization, initiative, communication, and flexibility for event coverage.

Advise legal innovation and knowledge teams on AI transformation strategies, including policies, rollout programs, collaboration models, and success metrics.
