Lead and develop a Product Specialist team while managing post-implementation customer relationships and collaborating with various teams to enhance product adoption.

Own value realization for mid-market customers by onboarding, training, driving adoption, and aligning success metrics. Build executive relationships, support renewals and expansions with AEs, and relay product feedback to improve the platform. Occasional customer and company office travel.
