Lead and coach a team of SMB Account Executives across EMEA to sell Harvey's AI platform to law firms and legal teams. Own territory planning, pipeline development, forecasting, and revenue execution. Drive a disciplined sales process (MEDDPIC), run operating cadences, engage in strategic deals as a player-coach, and hold the team to performance and forecasting standards.

Lead strategic partner pursuits from planning through execution: identify and evaluate partnerships, negotiate complex agreements, build executive relationships, create business cases and quantitative analyses, and collaborate cross-functionally to integrate partner capabilities and drive GTM outcomes.
