Leads Harvey’s EMEA Commercial Legal function across the UK and EU. Responsibilities include managing and expanding the regional legal team, mentoring lawyers and managers, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial AI SaaS contracts, supporting Go-To-Market teams, advising on technology, IP licensing, product, privacy, and competition matters, and collaborating with US-based leadership. The role also involves hiring, team development, and building scalable legal operations in a fast-paced technology company.

Design and scale global onboarding curricula, facilitator playbooks, LMS content, and operational systems. Own EMEA onboarding facilitation, adapt programs for regional needs, collaborate with Recruiting, Legal, L&D, and Enablement, and improve programs using new-hire and facilitator feedback. Support onboarding automation and maintain accurate curriculum documentation while helping the organization expand into new markets.

Advise Harvey on privacy, data protection, AI regulation, and security matters across EMEA. Draft and negotiate data processing agreements, develop global privacy programs, prepare impact assessments and processing records, and advise product and engineering teams on regulatory requirements. Support EU AI Act and UK AI governance compliance, including AI system classification, risk assessments, governance controls, documentation, transparency, accountability, and human oversight.
