Work with strategic enterprise customers to identify high-impact AI opportunities in procurement, design scalable AI-powered solutions on Omnea's platform, rapidly prototype proofs-of-value, run workshops, and drive implementation, adoption, and measurable business impact across procurement, finance, and supply chain.

Build and run Omnea's Customer Value function to drive expansion and retention across enterprise accounts. Lead and coach Customer Value Leads, close high-stakes upsells, create expansion playbooks and QBR/ROI frameworks, partner with Product on roadmap and pre-sales, and represent Omnea with senior procurement, finance, and operations stakeholders.

Lead end-to-end engineering hiring across Omnea's engineering teams in London: source and recruit senior product engineers, build passive pipelines, partner with engineering leadership to define hiring standards and EVP, optimise hiring processes and metrics, and own the candidate experience from sourcing through offer.

Lead the design function at Omnea, managing a team of designers, driving product design strategy, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience across all platforms.
