Our Mission

At Omnea, we’re reinventing how enterprise businesses operate, starting with the most painful parts: procurement – where a single purchase can drag on for months, trigger 50+ emails, and pull in Finance, Legal, Security, and IT just to get something approved.

We’ve raised $75M from Khosla Ventures, Insight Partners, and Accel to change that. Our AI-native platform connects every person, step, and system so buying is fast, safe, and efficient – one place to request, automated approvals and renewals, real-time supplier risk, and complete spend visibility.

The opportunity is massive. Every enterprise on the planet has this problem and nobody has solved it. We’ve 10x’d ARR to double-digit millions in 18 months and are trusted by global enterprises like Spotify, MongoDB, Monzo, and Albertsons. We’re now the 4th fastest growing startup in Europe & the Sunday Times' #1 Best Medium Sized Tech Company To Work for.

Our team previously scaled Tessian (cybersecurity tech, backed by Sequoia, Balderton, Accel, acquired post-Series C), and our team includes ex-founders operators who’ve grown unicorns, shipped world-class products, and executed at the highest levels. You’ll work alongside leaders like Ben, Abs, Sabrina, and Rebe.

We're looking for someone hungry to learn and early in their career to join us as our Revenue Operations Associate!

You'll get an inside look at, and be a key part of, how a high-performing GTM function operates: this is a great opportunity for exceptionally smart, motivated individuals who want to immerse themselves in the world of tech startups and gain real exposure to what it takes to keep a high-growth business moving.

You'll sit at the intersection of our GTM, Customer and Finance teams, keeping our systems, data, and reporting sharp as we scale. This isn't a "keep the lights on" role – you'll inherit processes that are still being built, and you'll have real room to audit what's working, fix what isn't, and put your own stamp on how we operate.

You'll get broad exposure early: one week you might be untangling a HubSpot workflow, the next you're building a dashboard the CCO takes into a board meeting. It's a genuinely excellent grounding in how a B2B SaaS business scales – but it comes with real pace, longer hours than a typical first job, and a learning curve to match. If you want breadth of exposure and a steep climb early in your career, this is a great seat.

What Can You Expect?
  • Keep our GTM tech stack in good shape: Own day-to-day CRM administration – data hygiene, permissions, and workflow upkeep – and support the configuration and integration of the wider stack.

  • Stay ahead of what's new: Keep across releases and new features across our tools – joining release webinars, reading release notes, and flagging what's worth adopting.

  • Help evaluate and set up new tools: Get involved as we add to the stack, from evaluation through to implementation.

  • Improve our data quality: Spot where data is incomplete or inconsistent, fix what you can, and propose fixes for the rest.

  • Build reporting and dashboards: Turn raw data into dashboards and reports that track pipeline health, funnel conversion, and the other KPIs the GTM team relies on day to day.

  • Support incentive tracking: Help maintain and monitor commission and incentive tracking, making sure calculations are accurate.

  • Onboard new GTM joiners: Train new starters across the GTM and Customer teams on our tools and processes so they're productive quickly.

  • Own our recurring admin cadence: Take ownership of the regular tasks that keep the engine running and look to automate where ever possible.

About You
  • You have a top-class academic record: you'll have graduated with (or be on track for) a 1st class degree, or have attended one of the top universities in the country you studied in – we're looking for a strong, proven track record of academic performance as the clearest early signal of the analytical rigour this role needs.

  • You're curious about how technology fits together: you likely have a STEM background, and you enjoy working out how systems, data, and workflows connect to make a business run – even if you've never worked in RevOps before.

  • You want pace, eyes open: you're drawn to a fast-scaling business precisely because of the pace, and you understand that means longer hours and a steeper learning curve than a typical grad role. You see that as a trade worth making.

  • You're happy to get stuck in: you know not every task here is glamorous – some of it is spreadsheet clean-up, data hygiene, or repetitive admin – and you take real satisfaction in doing that work well, not just the exciting parts.

  • You want to understand how B2B SaaS businesses scale: you're looking to build a first-hand understanding of the GTM engine – pipeline, systems, data, and the commercial mechanics behind it – as a foundation for wherever your career goes next.

At Omnea, we embrace diversity. To build a product that's loved by everyone, we're best served by a team with all sorts of backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't quite match the full job spec! And regardless of your race, religion, colour, gender, or anything else! If you think you could be a good fit for Omnea, please reach out.

  • We work Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays in-person at our offices. At this early stage of our company life-cycle it's important to us that we get this together-time, and you can read more about why we believe this is a winning move here

  • We're commercial, ambitious and we don't pretend otherwise! We're actively seeking folks looking to make the most of a career-defining opportunity, with the hunger to be part of building something really impressive. You can see our values here and our Omnea Future Founder's fund here!

  • We sometimes use AI note-takers to help us transcribe interview notes, so we can be more present in your interview. If you'd like to opt out of us using automatic transcribers, please note this in the free text field in your application, otherwise we'll take your application as confirmation that you're happy for us to use notetakers (whether added to video calls or in the background).

We are proud to be recognised for both our culture and product, and we are just getting started. Join us as we grow!
