The role partners with sales, design, content, and field marketing to scale profitable demand generation.

Lead end-to-end product design for enterprise procurement workflows: conduct customer research with procurement/finance/security stakeholders, define problems, create high-quality shipped designs, and help build scalable design patterns and systems while collaborating closely with Product and Engineering.

Own and scale Omnea’s technology partnerships motion by building partner relationships, operationalizing joint go-to-market activities, generating partner-sourced pipeline, supporting live sales deals, organizing ecosystem events, and creating repeatable partnership playbooks. Lead end-to-end engineering hiring across Omnea's engineering teams in London: source and recruit senior product engineers, build passive pipelines, partner with engineering leadership to define hiring standards and EVP, optimise hiring processes and metrics, and own the candidate experience from sourcing through offer.
