Our Mission

At Omnea, we’re reinventing how enterprise businesses operate, starting with the most painful parts: procurement – where a single purchase can drag on for months, trigger 50+ emails, and pull in Finance, Legal, Security, and IT just to get something approved.

We’ve raised $75M from Khosla Ventures, Insight Partners, and Accel to change that. Our AI-native platform connects every person, step, and system so buying is fast, safe, and efficient – one place to request, automated approvals and renewals, real-time supplier risk, and complete spend visibility.

The opportunity is massive. Every enterprise on the planet has this problem and nobody has solved it. We’ve 10x’d ARR to double-digit millions in 18 months and are trusted by global enterprises like Spotify, MongoDB, Monzo, and Albertsons. We’re now the 4th fastest growing startup in Europe & the Sunday Times' #1 Best Medium Sized Tech Company To Work for.

Our team previously scaled Tessian (cybersecurity tech, backed by Sequoia, Balderton, Accel, acquired post-Series C), and our team includes ex-founders operators who’ve grown unicorns, shipped world-class products, and executed at the highest levels. You’ll work alongside leaders like Ben, Abs, Sabrina, and Rebe.

We're hiring the first dedicated owner of Omnea's performance marketing.

You're not starting from scratch. Paid campaigns, the website and our social channels all exist (and are working to varying degrees). But nobody's job is to work out what actually produces pipeline and then make more of it. That's this role: take what's already running, find the ROI, and professionalise it into something we can be proud of.

In one week you might work out why a paid campaign is generating leads that never convert, rebuild the landing page that's losing them, build a new LinkedIn audience off the back of our closed-won data, and show the exec team what the pipeline picture looks like.

If you want to run one channel and hand-off the numbers, this might not be for you. If you want to own the loop from spend through to pipeline, and have the data to prove what worked, it is.

You'll work closely with our digital agency partners, the field marketers running events in the UK and US, and the sales team who rely on the pipeline you generate.

What you'll own

Pipeline and performance

You'll build the picture of what marketing is actually returning, and you'll be the person with the answer when someone asks whether a channel is worth the money.

  • Own the pipeline number for our digital channels: how much, from where, and at what cost

  • Build and maintain dashboards in Dreamdata using sources like HubSpot and GA4

  • Track campaigns from first touch through to closed won, and use what you find to change what we run next

  • Run a proper testing cadence. Set the test, call the result, and stop the things that aren't working

  • Report on what the numbers mean, not only what they are

Paid

You own paid. Our agency handles campaign build and optimisation, and you set the direction they work to.

  • Act as day-to-day partner to the agency: set the brief, shape audience strategy and funnel design, and decide together what to test next and how to deploy 6-figure annual ad spend.

  • Own LinkedIn as our primary paid channel: audiences, target account lists, retargeting and sequencing

  • Build audiences from our own data: closed-won patterns, target accounts, product signals - rather than off-the-shelf targeting

  • Work with content and design teammates to produce compelling content

  • Make the case for more budget when the numbers justify it

Website and conversion

  • Own conversion across the site: forms, journeys, page structure, and what happens after someone clicks an ad

  • Build and update pages using our existing component library and CMS

  • Run an ongoing testing programme on the pages that matter, and work with the in-house design team on what comes next

  • Ship landing pages for campaigns and product launches, including forms and tracking

  • Keep tracking and attribution clean, so the reporting can be trusted

What we're looking for
  • Experience in a B2B marketing role, in-house or agency. We care more about what you delivered than where you did it.

  • You're commercial. You think in pipeline and cost per opportunity, not clicks and impressions, and you can tell the difference between a campaign that's busy and one that's working.

  • You know paid mechanics properly. Audiences, match rates, attribution windows, frequency. LinkedIn Ads specifically.

  • You're comfortable with numbers. You can build a report from scratch, spot when something looks wrong, and explain a trend to someone who wasn't in the weeds with you.

  • You've built pages in a CMS. Not from scratch in code — assembling pages from components, keeping them consistent, and getting the tracking right.

  • You've worked with or inside an agency, so you know how to write a brief and how to tell good work from work that's merely on time.

Nice to have

  • Comfortable in tools like HubSpot, Dreamdata, Google Ads, Campaign Manager

  • B2B SaaS, ideally selling to finance, procurement, legal or risk

  • SEO fundamentals

  • Enough Figma to work sensibly with designers

What good looks like in six months
  • We know what every pound of adspend returns, and everyone trusts the number

  • Paid is producing pipeline we can attribute, at a cost we're happy to scale

  • Our LinkedIn audiences are built from our own data rather than off-the-shelf targeting

  • The pages that carry the most traffic have been tested and improved

  • You're the person the exec team asks when they want to know whether a channel is working

What you need to know about the London Tech Scene

London isn't just a hub for established businesses; it's also a nursery for innovation. Boasting one of the most recognized fintech ecosystems in Europe, attracting billions in investments each year, London's success has made it a go-to destination for startups looking to make their mark. Top U.K. companies like Hoptin, Moneybox and Marshmallow have already made the city their base — yet fintech is just the beginning. From healthtech to renewable energy to cybersecurity and beyond, the city's startups are breaking new ground across a range of industries.
