Provide administrative and client support to Wealth Planners and Paraplanners: prepare documentation, process new business applications, liaise with product providers, manage client servicing tasks (surrenders, withdrawals, income), maintain accurate records, reconcile fees/commissions, support projects and reporting, and ensure compliance with Schroders policies and regulatory standards while delivering excellent client service.

Support origination, structuring and execution of infrastructure debt deals. Review financial models and cash flows, conduct due diligence, prepare transaction documentation and investment materials, support asset management and ESG/sustainability activities, and monitor market and sector themes.

Support the UK Client Group Control Officer to design, maintain and improve the client group risk and governance framework across UK & EMEA. Partner with client-facing teams, coordinate investigation and reporting of risk events, track and resolve issues, measure and report risks, support regulatory programmes (eg Consumer Duty, Operational Resilience), maintain documentation, and represent the client group in regulatory change projects while promoting technology and data-driven efficiency.

Support Wealth Management FP&A by producing variance analysis, budgeting and forecasting, performance tracking, cost allocation analysis, system reconciliations, process improvements, and ad-hoc financial projects to inform senior stakeholders and finance business partners.

Lead delivery of bespoke wealth planning for HNW/UHNW clients, drive business development, ensure regulatory compliance (KYC/AML, FCA/PRA), manage and mentor planning team, and contribute to firm strategy and governance.

Support M&A, partnerships, and strategic investments by preparing financial models, valuation analyses, due diligence, and investment memos. Coordinate data, stakeholders, and project tasks, conduct industry and competitor research, track market trends, and maintain project records. Provide project management and ad hoc support to the Corporate Development team and senior leadership.

Provide FP&A support for central functions and infrastructure teams, producing monthly management reporting, budgets and forecasts, performance analysis, process improvement and ad-hoc financial projects. Engage stakeholders across finance and the business, drive data and MI quality, and mentor junior team members over a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Support wealth management investment strategy through research and analysis across asset classes, contribute to investment selection and due diligence, integrate ESG considerations into the investment process, engage with external managers and Schroders specialists, and support reporting, communication and ad hoc strategic projects.

Manage discretionary portfolios for intermediary (IFA) relationships: portfolio construction, implementation, rebalancing, cash management and reporting. Build and maintain IFA relationships, support business development, work with research, trading, operations and compliance, and ensure governance, suitability and risk remediation.

Lead and strengthen the Investment Operations Risk & Control Framework by facilitating risk assessments, challenging control owners, conducting assurance testing, monitoring KRIs, supporting governance, liaising with Audit/Risk/Compliance, mentoring analysts, and driving process improvements and automation across global investment operations.
