Leads early market engagement and mobilisation for Haleon’s SAP S/4HANA enterprise transformation programme. Partners with deployment, change, communications, readiness, and training teams to assess local operating environments, gather stakeholder insights, identify adoption risks, facilitate workshops, and translate feedback into deployment and engagement plans. Coordinates market readiness forums, maintains feedback mechanisms, supports local advocates, and ensures regional priorities and emerging risks inform programme decisions throughout the transformation lifecycle.

Develop and improve data science and machine learning models for marketing and consumer insights, including attribution, personalization, forecasting, experimentation, and marketing measurement. Prepare datasets, define evaluation metrics, support model deployment, and generate insights from media, pricing, promotions, and syndicated data. Collaborate with product owners, data engineers, and machine learning engineers; contribute to responsible AI governance, code reviews, reusable AI assets, and mentorship of junior team members.

Develop and manage machine learning and statistical models for marketing, commercial, and digital applications. Prepare datasets, evaluate model performance, support deployment, and oversee retraining and monitoring. Apply forecasting, causal inference, Bayesian methods, optimization, experimentation, and multivariate testing to generate business insights. Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams, contribute to reusable AI foundations, review code, mentor junior data scientists, and promote responsible AI governance.

Own the vision, roadmap, lifecycle, and delivery of global supply chain visibility products. Partner with planning, manufacturing, logistics, technology, and 3PL stakeholders to improve inventory, supply risk, service performance, and logistics transparency. Lead backlog prioritization, Agile delivery, SAP and data integrations, vendor management, PI Planning, and deployment of scalable real-time visibility solutions.

Lead and transform group-level FP&A processes including annual and integrated growth planning, forecasting, strategic FX modelling, consolidation and board materials. Serve as trusted business partner to global stakeholders, drive analysis and insights, ensure systems and process compliance, and manage projects to deliver robust P&L projections and long-term value creation.
