The Enterprise Transformation Programme is a multi-year journey focused on transforming the Haleon business. Enabled by SAP S/4HANA it aims to build an organisation that is wired for excellence and to deliver our ‘Win as One’ strategy. The programme will strengthen the heartbeat of our business – to become more agile, efficient, and innovative – positioning us to drive growth through continuous improvement. The Business Integration Lead plays a critical part in making this ambition a reality.

Detailed Responsibilities

The Early Engagement Lead plays a critical role in supporting successful transformation delivery by leading early market engagement and mobilisation activities ahead of programme deployment. The role partners closely with Deployment Leads, programme teams and regional stakeholders to understand local operating environments, organisational dynamics, cultural considerations and emerging business risks that may impact implementation success. Working collaboratively across Change, Communications, Readiness and Training & Adoption teams, the role helps ensure programme approaches remain aligned, locally informed and responsive throughout the transformation lifecycle.

Early Engagement & Market Readiness

· Partner with Deployment Leads to design and deliver structured early engagement approaches within regions and markets including functions ahead of deployment activities including the coordination of targeted pre deployment engagement activities and market immersion initiatives.

· Lead pre deployment market mobilisation activities across markets and functions to build awareness, readiness and alignment ahead of implementation phases.

· Facilitate sessions, stakeholder workshops and engagement activities with local teams to surface early operational insights, resistance themes, adoption risks and market specific considerations.

· Translate market insights and stakeholder feedback into actionable recommendations that inform deployment planning, engagement strategies, readiness activities, and implementation approaches.

Stakeholder Engagement & Insight

· Partner with Communications, Change Readiness and Training and Adoption teams to ensure local market insights are reflected in programme approaches and materials.

· Facilitate continuous feedback loops between programme teams, regions and functional stakeholders to ensure local priorities, risks and considerations are reflected within programme delivery.

· Support the identification of key influencers, local advocates and stakeholder groups to strengthen the market readiness and adoption activities.

Engagement Strategy & Planning

· Lead the coordination and delivery of in market engagement forums, leadership sessions, awareness activities and market readiness discussions ahead of deployment phases.

· Work collaboratively with programme teams to align engagement activities with deployment milestones, readiness activities and implementation plans

· Reengage with markets and regional stakeholders throughout the transformation lifecycle to assess changing business conditions, stakeholder dynamics, operational impacts and emerging risks ensuring programme remains aligned and responsive to local needs.

· Establish clear mechanisms to capture, document and escalate market insights, stakeholder feedback, risks and regional considerations to ensure actions are tracked and reflected within programme planning and deployment decisions.

Experience and Key Competencies:

· Proven experience in change management, stakeholder engagement, organisational transformation or business readiness roles within complex global environments.

· Strong experience working across global markets and cross functional teams with the ability to build trusted relationships across multiple organisational levels and cultures.

· Experience gathering and interpreting qualitive insights, stakeholder sentiment and organisational feedback to support planning and decision making.

· Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish credibility and trust across all organisational levels, complemented by strong communication, facilitation, listening, and influencing abilities, and the adaptability to tailor approaches across diverse markets and stakeholders

Strong organisational and co-ordination skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and evolving programme demands

· Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA or enterprise-wide transformation programmes is desirable

· Familiarly with change management methodologies and stakeholder engagement frameworks is desirable

· Professional certification in change management, engagement, or organisational development disciplines is desirable.
