It requires trade investment management expertise, commercial process knowledge, product development experience, strong communication, and the ability to translate business needs into technology improvements.

Supports global customer planning and execution product development, deployment, adoption, issue resolution, documentation, and testing. Maintains enhancement backlogs, coordinates Jira and ServiceNow requests, communicates releases, facilitates user communities, and partners with enterprise transformation teams on SAP S/4HANA capabilities for trade discounts, rebates, accruals, and claims.
