About the role

As our Tech Senior Partner you will drive Digital & Technology enabled business growth and market success. You will ensure objectives align with market goals and oversees Digital & Tech product adoption, IT delivery, digital transformation, and innovation. As well as ensuring funding for global and local Tech deliveries is identified, aligned, and approved.

Key responsibilities

Tactical partnering and stakeholder management.

  • Tactical partnering and stakeholder management.

  • Work with market commercial, QSC, and R&D departments to align market requirements with Digital & Tech strategies.

  • Drive data & analytics agenda and manage digital initiatives end-to-end.

  • Harmonize Global Digital & Tech systems and platforms for successful project deployment.

  • Define and request endorsement for Digital & Tech budget and funding.

Portfolio Management & Delivery

  • Proficient in Agile and Project/Product Management methodologies.

  • Assess project impact on Digital & Tech BU portfolio.

  • Follow global Digital & Tech portfolio standards for successful project delivery.

  • Initiate standardized Global project management portfolio.

Business understanding, Impact and Process analysis.

  • Analyze and document process workflows.

  • Demonstrate and transfer agile principles to the BU organization.

  • Understand business priorities and limitations.

Service management & Delivery

  • Measure and improve Customer Satisfaction.

  • Manage serious escalations and ensure appropriate Digital & Tech response.

  • Define third-party service level agreements and improve service management efficiency.

Quality, Risk & Compliance

  • Implement info security governance processes and manage risks.

  • Ensure MLPS certification for critical applications and manage compliance.

Qualifications and skills

Essential

  • ·Bachelor’s Degree Information Digital & Technology, Computer Sciences, Business Administration or similar

  • ·5+ years above work experience in area of Digital & Tech and Digital & Tech Management; ideally within CPG or FMCG industry), experienced in managing all IT related areas with leading a team in MNC companies

Preferred

  • ·Bachelor degree or above

  • ·ideally within CPG or FMCG industry), experienced in managing all IT related areas with leading a team in MNC companies
