About the role

  • This role is designed to drive Digital & Technology enabled business growth and winning in markets.

  • You will ensure objectives are achieved in line with the agreed (BU) market objectives. The role is responsible for the provision of Digital & Tech products adoption, IT delivery, digital transformation, and innovation to the Markets (and/or BU).

  • You will also be responsible to ensure that required funding for all global and local Tech deliveries are clearly identified, aligned, and approved as per Global Tech WOW.         

Key responsibilities

Tactical partnering and stakeholder management.

  • Work closely with market commercial (Marketing, ComEx, Sales), QSC and R&D departments (mainly but not exclusive LT-1 & below) to understand and ensure market requirements, expectations and opportunities are identified, prioritized, and align to Digital & Tech Strategies.

  • Drive data & analytics agenda (esp. of the BU) and manage digital initiatives end to end.

  • Work with Digital & Tech Global Team and manage, plan and bring harmonization across Global Digital & Tech systems and platforms to ensure the successful and on-time deployment for all Digital & Tech projects within market.

  • Ensure Digital & Tech budget and funding is clearly defined to request endorsement by all stakeholders at the right level.

Portfolio Management & Delivery

  • Very conversant with Agile (incl. Haleon Amplify) and Project/Product Management methodologies

  • Ability to articulate and assess impact of projects on Digital & Tech BU portfolio composition (project size & timeline, interdependencies)

  • Follow global Digital & Tech portfolio and standard to define problem statement and involve proper Digital & Tech and non-Digital & Tech stakeholders, external partners (national & Haleon-wide) to deliver Business Case, control budget and ensure successful project delivery.

  • Initiate standardized Global project management portfolio including resource, budget, finance, delivery outcome, document retention etc. applied entire Global Digital & Tech team delivery.

  • A successful candidate will be firstly business orientated with deep business process knowledge of at least one of the following: Gross to Net, ERP, A&P / Overheads Management, B2B or B2C Marketing Technologies, Customer and Product Master Data, Order to Cash, BI and Analytics or Project Management. Deep business understanding and acumen to switch between different functions and business as well as proactively connect these business domains is expected from this role.

Business understanding, Impact and Process analysis.

  • Analyse, define and document detailed process workflows through user interviews, facilitated workshops and expert engagement. Develop a clear understanding of the core entities and accountabilities within the process.

  • Understand the agile principles and product mindset for the organization. Ability to demonstrate & transfer agile principles to the BU organization to upskill BU functions.

  • Understand the business priorities and objectives impacting the business process in parallel with understanding the limitations and gaps of the current environment.

Service management & Delivery

  • Ensure Customer Satisfaction is regularly measured, analyzed, necessary corrective actions and improvement actions are taken in the area like CTO’s Service level and resourcing.

  • Channel to BU Tech Head serious escalation in BU/Market/Global in scope and ensure appropriate Digital & Tech response to crisis situations like unavailability of a critical system, data loss etc.

  • Initiate and define third party service level agreement, measurement on quality and apply centralized service management platform ServiceNow to improve service management efficiency and standardization.

  • Conceptualize and plan execution and/or execute BU-specific Tech Service Assurance Measurements in line with BU Tech Head to cover BU-specific areas of tech service improvements.

Quality, Risk & Compliance

  • Work closely with TSR/CSL to define and implement info security governance process, SOPs, and procedures, and drive Global BU all departments on risk management and action tracking.

  • Support TSR/CSL to ensure MLPS certified for all critical and PI related applications/platforms etc. Manage Haleon and brand websites ICP.PSB certifications, work closely with TSR, legal, Compliance, GA teams etc. to respond PSB inspection or internal/external audit etc.

  • Ability to identify and proactively manage BU-specific Digital & Tech relates risks according to the Global Digital & Tech standards.

Qualifications and skills

Essential

  • Bachelor’s Degree Information Digital & Technology, Computer Sciences, Business Administration or similar

  • 5+ years above work experience in area of Digital & Tech and Digital & Tech Management; ideally within CPG or FMCG industry), experienced in managing all IT related areas with leading a team in MNC companies

Preferred

  • Bachelor degree or abovev
