Role Summary

We are seeking a versatile Multi-media Learning Specialist to join our global team. This role will combine expertise in Digital learning, graphic design, videography and animation, with the learning science to create captivating and effective learning materials.

The ideal candidates will have a keen eye for visual storytelling, a solid understanding of learning design science, and proficiency in multimedia tools.

Key Roles and Responsibilities-

Video Production

  • Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality instructional videos that enhance the learning experience, with a particular emphasis on short “tik tok or instragram” style content (in the corporate brand style) that take inspiration from the influencer/marketer to land simple, powerful messages very quickly.

  • Collaborate with other learning designers and subject matter experts to script and storyboard video content.

Graphic Design:

  • Develop visually appealing and cohesive graphic elements for various learning materials, including presentations, e-learning modules, and print materials.

  • Ensure all visual content aligns with the organization's branding and design guidelines.

Animation:

  • Create engaging animations to illustrate complex concepts and enhance the overall learning experience.

  • Collaborate with instructional designers to integrate animations seamlessly into e-learning modules.

Multimedia Integration:

  • Work closely with learning designers to integrate videos, graphics, and animations into comprehensive learning programs and communication campaigns

  • Ensure multimedia elements align with instructional objectives and enhance learner engagement.

Technical Proficiency:

  • Stay current with multimedia trends and tools to bring innovation to learning content.

  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to video and multimedia production.

Cross-functional working:

  • Collaborate effectively with global stakeholders, including leaders, managers, learning designers, learning developers, and subject matter experts.

  • Incorporate feedback to enhance the quality and effectiveness of multimedia content.

Key Skill and Knowledge Required-

  • Proven experience in eLearning tools, videography, graphic design, and animation for educational purposes.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience required working in an L&D environment.

  • Proficiency in multimedia software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop)

  • Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of multimedia projects.

  • Knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) and other Learning Experience Platforms (LXPs).

  • Ability to adapt visual styles to cater to diverse learning audiences.
