About the role

We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle of digital products that enable end-to-end supply chain visibility across Haleon’s global network.

In this role, you will work closely with supply chain planning, manufacturing, logistics, and technology stakeholders to shape product direction across key capabilities including inventory visibility, supply risk monitoring, service performance (e.g. OTIF), and cross-network transparency spanning planning through to execution, with a strong focus on logistics operations and 3PL partner integration.

This is an opportunity to influence critical decision-making capabilities, improve responsiveness to supply and demand changes, reduce operational risk, and deliver measurable business value across a complex, global supply chain landscape.

What You’ll Do

  • Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and lifecycle for supply chain visibility technologies, ensuring alignment with supply chain strategy, enterprise architecture, and operational priorities.

  • Own product strategy, roadmap, and delivery for global Supply Chain Visibility, with a focus on logistics operations and integration with 3PL partners across the global network.

  • Partner with global and regional planning, manufacturing, logistics, and customer service teams to translate business needs into clear product priorities, delivery outcomes, and value-driven decisions.

  • Lead demand intake, backlog prioritisation, and release planning across multiple initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and operational needs.

  • Drive the development of end-to-end visibility across supply, demand, inventory, and logistics flows, improving issue identification, resolution, and operational responsiveness through enhanced data integration.

  • Lead the design and management of integrations with multiple 3PL providers, enabling scalable, standardised, and real-time visibility across global logistics operations.

  • Ensure visibility platforms deliver accurate, timely, and consistent data, supporting decision-making, performance tracking, and operational control.

  • Manage internal and external partners, including system integrators, SAP providers, and logistics partners, ensuring delivery quality, performance, and adherence to standards.

  • Work across SAP, integration, data, and analytics teams to deliver scalable, real-time or near real-time visibility solutions embedded within Haleon’s enterprise technology ecosystem.

  • Lead Agile delivery practices across the product lifecycle, acting as Product Owner in Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

  • Drive and actively contribute to Programme Increment (PI) Planning, aligning cross-functional teams on priorities, dependencies, and delivery commitments.

  • Support major transformation programmes, site deployments, and supply chain initiatives by embedding visibility capabilities into delivery and operations.

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong expertise in supply chain planning, logistics, and end-to-end visibility within SAP-centric environments (e.g. SAP IBP, S/4, or equivalent).

  • Solid understanding of supply chain processes including demand and supply planning, inventory management, manufacturing, and distribution.

  • Clear communicator with strong judgement, able to align stakeholders, drive decisions, and balance competing priorities effectively.

  • Ability to operate across business and technology domains, with credibility in both supply chain operations and digital environments.

Skills and Experience

  • Strong product management experience, including roadmap ownership, prioritisation, and outcome-based delivery

  • Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, from planning through to logistics and distribution

  • Experience with SAP-based planning and execution solutions, including integration across systems and data layers

  • Experience managing integrations with external partners, including 3PL providers across global logistics operations

  • Ability to translate complex operational challenges into clear product priorities and measurable outcomes

  • Strong judgement in balancing service levels, inventory optimisation, cost, and system resilience

  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across global, cross-functional teams

  • Experience leading Agile delivery, including Scrum ceremonies, backlog management, and PI Planning

  • Experience managing vendors, system integrations, and enterprise dependencies

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive continuous improvement in supply chain performance

  • Experience in product management, supply chain technology, or planning/analytics roles

  • Experience working in SAP-enabled supply chain environments (planning, visibility, or logistics domains)

  • Experience working across global or multi-region supply chain operations preferred

Why This Role Matters

This role is central to improving visibility, responsiveness, and control across Haleon’s end-to-end supply chain. It directly influences service delivery, risk mitigation, inventory efficiency, and decision-making effectiveness, while enabling the organisation to scale and modernise its supply chain capabilities through better data, insights, and digital products, particularly across global logistics operations and external partner networks.
