Manage a high-value global client portfolio, develop tailored account plans to grow revenue, lead renewals and negotiations, analyze performance to protect and optimise revenue, cross-functionally ensure delivery, and act as a strategic payments advisor to identify upsell and retention opportunities.

Lead and scale a global Customer Success team for payments platform; manage EMEA client portfolio, own escalations and incident response, optimize LPM/APM onboarding and processes, own reporting and QBRs, analyze macro transaction trends, provide actionable recommendations, and drive cross-functional alignment as the regional voice of the customer.
