Reviews commercial and partner agreements, drafts customer-facing terms, monitors regulatory developments, supports product launches, and advises compliance, risk, engineering, treasury, and commercial teams. The role also improves legal governance processes and translates complex legal and technical issues into practical business guidance.

Provide first- and second-line IT support for the London office, including executive support, access administration, macOS and Windows device lifecycle management, onboarding and offboarding, office connectivity, audiovisual hardware, knowledge-base documentation, and vendor coordination.
