The Purpose:

PPRO is seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Payment Partnerships Manager, to join our Global Payment Partnerships team. In this role, you will manage and grow some of our most important payment partnerships worldwide, helping shape the future of PPRO’s global payment network. As a senior member of the team, you will own key partner relationships, lead high-impact initiatives, and collaborate cross-functionally to unlock commercial value and long-term growth. You will also support strategic projects across regions, engage in complex commercial negotiations, and help foster a high-performing, collaborative team culture.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage and grow global strategic partnerships with key payment providers, including local payment methods, card networks, acquirers, and financial institutions
  • Lead or support high-value negotiations, drive commercial alignment, and ensure mutually beneficial outcomes with partners
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Sales, Legal, and Compliance to deliver partnership-driven initiatives
  • Identify and execute on commercial opportunities to expand revenue, improve performance, and optimise costs across the payment ecosystem
  • Represent PPRO in industry forums, regulatory discussions, and strategic partner meetings
  • Monitor partner and market performance, providing insights that inform strategic decisions and commercial planning
  • Contribute to global initiatives and knowledge-sharing efforts that enhance PPRO’s positioning and operational excellence

What we’re looking for:

  • Extensive experience in payments, fintech, or financial services, ideally with a focus on strategic partnerships, acquiring, or local payment methods
  • Proven success managing complex partner relationships across multiple regions and cultures
  • Strong commercial mindset with experience in contract negotiation and supplier engagement
  • Comfortable working in a global, matrixed environment and influencing stakeholders at all levels
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and excellent problem-solving skills
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and collaboration abilities
