Supervise and develop the ocean export department by ensuring customer procedures, operational processes, compliance, quotations, financial performance, and service standards are met. Support business transitions, revenue growth, vendor relationships, process improvements, system enhancements, staff onboarding, coaching, training, performance monitoring, and business development. Collaborate with leadership to improve productivity, profitability, customer retention, and employee development.

Manages the branch AOG/CLS export logistics department, overseeing people, shipment operations, customer relationships, service providers, compliance, systems, sales growth, billing, budgets, and financial performance. Ensures high-pressure aerospace shipments meet milestones and customer SOPs, supports process improvements, develops staff, manages escalations, and remains available for after-hours shipment monitoring. Requires AOG/CLS movement experience, leadership, negotiation, market knowledge, and eligibility to work in the UK.
