Manage accounts receivable and credit processes for the branch: reduce overdue AR and credit balances, process credit applications/reviews/limits, monitor exception reports, produce weekly AR reports, support AR team cover, assist supervisor with projects, and suggest process improvements.

Manage day-to-day project cargo operations across a defined European region, owning enquiries, RFQs, and service provider relationships. Develop regional infrastructure, pricing toolkits, operational procedures and KPIs. Drive business development, air charter product awareness, staff training, and ensure compliance, tracking, and safe handling of over-dimensional shipments.
