Responsibilities include SRE, DevOps, platform engineering, cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, Terraform, automation, reliability engineering, incident response, SLOs, observability, cost optimization, and root-cause analysis. The role owns systems end to end, leads infrastructure initiatives, improves on-call operations, and collaborates with product, security, and engineering teams in a hybrid London or New York environment.

Own full enterprise sales cycle for large global accounts, managing 8–18 month complex deals. Engage C-level stakeholders, drive net-new revenue, architect solutions with cross-functional teams, lead negotiations on multi-year contracts, run pilots, and maintain accurate pipeline and forecasts.
