Own the full customer lifecycle from onboarding to value realization and expansion. Serve as the customer's voice, advise CISOs/CIOs on cyber risk, drive CS metrics (GRR, NRR), partner with engineers and product to resolve issues, and document best practices to ensure successful platform adoption.
