Own Fever’s commercial product strategy for Brand Partnerships, including closed-loop campaign measurement, privacy-safe audience intelligence, technical integrations, sponsorship infrastructure, and sales enablement. Translate commercial needs into scalable product requirements, pricing logic, and repeatable offerings. Partner with data, engineering, marketing, event operations, sales, and external stakeholders to launch measurable products and establish the organization’s campaign measurement standard.

Lead high-impact growth strategy and business analytics projects across Fever’s international markets. Develop data-driven strategies, end-to-end solutions, new business streams, workflows, and growth initiatives across up to 40 countries. Work independently while collaborating with multiple departments and stakeholders to improve company performance, launch new experiences, and support strategic decision-making.

Own the APAC marketing strategy and China consumer growth for Fever’s entertainment experiences and global partnerships. Manage full marketing budgets and regional P&L, develop multi-channel campaigns, optimize Tencent Ads and ByteDance campaigns, and lead KOL, KOC, and MCN partnerships. Collaborate with strategy, growth, creative, product, media, CRM, and China-based agencies to localize campaigns, forecast performance, drive audience acquisition, and improve revenue and ROI across China’s digital ecosystem.

Lead growth strategy across multiple business units and international markets. Own growth-team decisions, define strategies to improve key business metrics, and implement high-impact solutions and projects end to end. The role requires data-driven business judgment, cross-functional leadership, stakeholder trust, and experience with the Chinese consumer digital ecosystem, including platforms such as WeChat, Douyin, and Xiaohongshu.

Provides global legal support across Fever’s business lines, focusing on product compliance, consumer matters, commercial operations, and risk management. Drafts and negotiates B2B, B2C, production, partnership, and commercial agreements, including terms and conditions. Coordinates legal reviews with internal stakeholders and external counsel, develops legal templates and guides, prioritizes strategic matters, and supports team development in a fast-paced international environment.

Lead Fever's UK expansion by building strategic partnerships with producers, creators, and venues. Develop and execute growth and commercial strategies, manage large partner portfolios, collaborate cross-functionally, and track trends to scale market presence and ensure partner success.

Provide legal counsel to global live-production and content teams. Draft, review, and negotiate agreements involving production, distribution, marketing, sponsorship, talent, and licensing. Advise on legal risks across jurisdictions, intellectual property, privacy, regulatory matters, disputes, and incident management. Manage legal projects and contract workflows, maintain databases, improve templates, conduct research, and deliver practical guidance, training, and presentations to business and creative stakeholders.

Own and execute marketing strategies for Fever experiences and events. Develop performance-driven digital campaigns across social channels, particularly Facebook and Instagram, to increase visibility, engagement, and sales. Analyze campaign performance with the growth marketing team, identify optimization opportunities, and coordinate strategic execution across Sales, Media, CRM, Design, and Content teams. The role is based in Madrid with a hybrid work setup.

Lead a global creative strategy team to develop data-driven brand partnership concepts, craft pitch decks and campaign narratives, attend high-value client pitches, collaborate with creative teams to execute experiential and content-led campaigns, identify new product opportunities, and produce case studies to secure revenue from top-tier advertisers.
