Build AI-powered enterprise solutions for customers using HASH. Partner with stakeholders to understand workflows and data, translate ambiguous business problems into technical plans, design and deploy systems, write production code, lead implementation and rollout, and advise customer teams. Work across knowledge graphs, structured and unstructured data, LLM workflows, and automation while collaborating with product, engineering, and research teams to develop repeatable solution patterns.

Remain hands-on with complex technical problems, improve incident response, partner with Product and Design, and participate in hiring while ensuring system boundaries and cross-functional decisions remain coherent and resilient.

Own HASH’s marketing and communications function as a senior hands-on individual contributor. Develop positioning, lifecycle journeys, newsletters, social content, SEO strategy, website copy, technical content, sales enablement, and marketing automation. Interview technical and customer experts, translate complex subjects into compelling material, brief designers, and measure audience growth, activation, organic discovery, inbound demand, and sales influence. Build and continually improve the marketing function from the ground up.

Own HASH’s visual brand expression across sales, marketing, editorial, campaign, research, and selected web communications. Create persuasive decks, diagrams, illustrations, editorial graphics, case studies, reports, social campaigns, and sales collateral. Translate complex technical concepts into clear visual narratives, build reusable templates and design systems, collaborate with founders and technical teams, maintain organized source files, and raise design quality while preserving speed.

Own enterprise B2B technology sales from qualified meeting through pilot, deployment, negotiation, and close. Lead consultative discovery, technical demonstrations, business-case development, pilot scoping, forecasting, procurement, and executive stakeholder management. Build champions, navigate buying committees, create mutual action plans, coordinate technical and security input, and hand signed work to delivery. Initially work closely with the founder, then independently own opportunities while developing the company’s sales playbook and improving positioning, collateral, targeting, and commercial processes.

Build HASH’s outbound business development motion from the ground up. Identify high-potential target accounts, research stakeholders and operational problems, develop personalized messaging, execute cold outreach across email, phone, and LinkedIn, qualify prospects, and book discovery meetings. Own account lists, segmentation, cadences, CRM hygiene, funnel measurement, and iterative playbook development. Attend selected meetings, communicate market feedback, and eventually help hire and train the outbound team.

Own enterprise pilot engagements from discovery through delivery and evaluation. Lead customer interviews and workshops, model complex domains, translate objectives into technical and workflow requirements, define KPIs and credible evaluation methods, analyze results, and produce rigorous reports and case studies. Work across Sales, customers, AI Success Engineers, researchers, product engineers, Marketing, and external evaluators while accurately communicating uncertainty and outcomes.
