The Express Solutions Manager oversees the delivery of financial solutions, leads cross-functional teams, and ensures alignment with business objectives, while staying updated on emerging technologies.

Manage a portfolio of SaaS customers from onboarding through adoption, renewal, expansion, and advocacy. Build relationships with senior stakeholders, conduct business reviews, identify and mitigate risks, drive customer outcomes, and collaborate with sales, delivery teams, support, product, and technical specialists. The role requires finance-process knowledge, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and familiarity with corporate performance management platforms. Travel may reach 50%, and hybrid attendance near London or Manchester is required.

Manages and grows enterprise customer accounts through renewals, upselling, cross-selling, and solution expansion. Owns territory strategy, pipeline generation, forecasting, proposals, SaaS agreements, and quota attainment. Builds consultative relationships with C-level stakeholders, presents business cases and solutions, identifies customer needs, and coordinates with internal teams and alliance partners. The role also supports retention, revenue growth, customer advocacy, and sales team mentoring.

Operate and maintain customer cloud environments with a focus on uptime, security, and performance; provision and update environments; monitor using Azure tools; respond to incidents and on-call duties; drive automation, cost optimization, documentation, and service reliability against SLAs.
