Plan and support deployments, configuration, adoption, optimization, architecture, documentation, escalations, and executive technical conversations. Translate customer feedback into recommendations for Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams while identifying risks and improvement opportunities. Requires strong networking and cybersecurity knowledge, professional fluency in English and German, and travel up to 30%.
