Own and grow strategic accounts across EMEA and APAC, driving new business and managing the full enterprise sales cycle. Develop account strategies, build pipeline, lead consultative discovery, negotiate commercial agreements, and influence technical and executive stakeholders. Shape AI and integration experiences, set design standards, partner with Product and Engineering, use research and data to iterate, and mentor other designers to deliver scalable, accessible B2B experiences.

Lead the Application Excellence team to improve internal developer experience, build self-serve tooling and golden paths, drive platform reliability and productivity, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, manage and coach engineers, and remain technically credible while owning roadmap and delivery.
