Lead end-to-end design and rapid delivery of 0-to-1 fintech products with the Founders' Lab. Build and operate UK safeguarding and reconciliation frameworks for payment flows; ensure client funds protection and regulatory compliance (EMRs 2011, PSRs 2017). Design controls, daily safeguarding operations, reconciliations, incident reporting, and audit readiness. Partner with Product, Engineering, Legal, Compliance and Treasury to deliver tooling, dashboards, and process improvements using complex transactional data.

Lead a global QA team covering AML/KYC/Transaction Monitoring, underwriting and fraud risk. Design and run a comprehensive QA framework, perform monthly testing, identify risks and root causes, report outcomes to leadership, track remediation to closure, and provide data-driven insights to support operational excellence and projects.

Own and execute the EMEA strategic partnerships strategy, manage high-value regional and global partner relationships, lead commercial negotiations, coordinate due diligence and cross-functional implementation, and drive revenue, product enhancement, and brand awareness via partner channels.

Own full enterprise sales cycles for spend management and expense solutions, prospect and build pipeline, close $100K+ ARR deals, engage C-suite stakeholders, run demos/POCs with Solutions Engineering, collaborate cross-functionally on GTM and product feedback, and maintain Salesforce CRM hygiene.

Lead and manage multiple engineering teams across Transfers, Client Treasury, and GTPN Infrastructure to define technical vision, deliver high-quality payment and treasury products, remove blockers, collaborate with product and design, measure product performance using data, and scale global payment infrastructure.
