Lead end-to-end design and rapid delivery of 0-to-1 fintech products with the Founders' Lab. Collaborate with executive leadership to define product direction, build MVPs, deploy to live users, iterate quickly, and balance rapid experimentation with sound backend architecture and occasional frontend/API work. Design controls, daily safeguarding operations, reconciliations, incident reporting, and audit readiness. Partner with Product, Engineering, Legal, Compliance and Treasury to deliver tooling, dashboards, and process improvements using complex transactional data.

Lead a global QA team covering AML/KYC/Transaction Monitoring, underwriting and fraud risk. Design and run a comprehensive QA framework, perform monthly testing, identify risks and root causes, report outcomes to leadership, track remediation to closure, and provide data-driven insights to support operational excellence and projects.

Own and execute the EMEA strategic partnerships strategy, manage high-value regional and global partner relationships, lead commercial negotiations, coordinate due diligence and cross-functional implementation, and drive revenue, product enhancement, and brand awareness via partner channels.

Own end-to-end delivery of complex partner integrations for payments and embedded finance. Translate business requirements into project plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage risks/dependencies, drive API-based integrations, secure stakeholder approvals, and track launch metrics and post-launch improvements to ensure on-time, on-scope, high-quality go-lives.

Lead strategy, roadmap, and delivery for a customer-facing global treasury and payments API platform. Own end-to-end product lifecycle, engage enterprise customers and partners, translate use cases into secure, scalable APIs, lead cross-functional teams, use data to define success, and mentor other product managers.

Lead and scale card issuing and acquiring partnerships with global and regional card networks. Manage market entry, licensing, regulatory coordination, partnership negotiations, and cross-functional execution.
