The Enterprise Account Executive in EMEA is responsible for managing the full sales cycle, building long-term client relationships, generating enterprise opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

Lead EMEA channel and systems integrator relationships to generate partner-sourced and co-sell pipeline for Anaconda's AI platform. Prioritize partners, structure agreements and programs, run partner POCs, maintain pipeline hygiene in Salesforce and Clari, collaborate with sales and product teams, and build executive relationships to convert opportunities into closed deals.

Lead EMEA revenue strategy and execution across UK, DACH, Nordics and Benelux. Build and scale multi-segment sales organization (BDR to Enterprise), set GTM, forecasting and performance frameworks, drive enterprise deals and C-suite engagement, partner cross-functionally, develop leaders, and represent Anaconda externally to grow ARR and retention.
