Drive growth across the Citrix Service Provider ecosystem by recruiting, onboarding, enabling, and managing MSP partners. Develop joint business plans, expand Citrix-based managed service offerings, promote ArrowSphere adoption, and grow subscription and recurring revenue. The role manages partner relationships, conducts business reviews, tracks performance, collaborates with technical and vendor teams, and serves as the primary contact for CSP program engagement across the UK.

Serve as the primary technical contact for partners and clients to drive adoption of Citrix solutions, deliver demos/POCs, manage accounts, mitigate technical risks, support implementations, and contribute to new-logo sales and retention targets while collaborating with internal teams.
